Information You Give Us

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, make a purchase, enrol in a course, or contact us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and any other details you choose to provide.

What We Record When You Use the Site

We keep our own record of the pages opened on our shop: which page, and when. Each browser is given a random identifier so we can tell one visit from another. If you are signed in, the pages you open are linked to your account, so we can see, for example, which products and courses you looked at. If you are not signed in, the record is not linked to you by name. We do not store your IP address with these records.

We do not record visits to pages that are private to you, such as the page for paying an order or an invoice, or a password reset link.

We also keep a record of what is searched for on the site, so we can see what people look for and cannot find. Searches are not linked to your account.

When you have an account, we keep the history that comes with it: your orders, the courses you enrol in and your progress, quiz attempts, reviews, and the points you earn and spend.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to process your orders, give you access to your courses, communicate with you about products and services, understand what our customers look at and buy so we can improve the shop, and comply with legal obligations. We may also send promotional emails or text messages, which you can opt out of at any time.

Cookies and Browser Storage

We store a small amount of information in your browser to make the site work: to keep you signed in, to remember your cart, and to hold the random identifiers described above. Google Analytics also sets its own cookies to measure visits.

You can clear this information at any time through your browser's settings. If you do, you will be signed out and your cart may be emptied.

Services We Use

We use other companies to help us run the shop. They receive only the information needed for their part:

• Paystack takes payments. Your card or mobile money details go to Paystack directly; we never see or store your card number.
• Google Analytics measures how the site is used, such as which pages are visited.
• Zoho SalesIQ provides the live chat. If you use the chat or call us through it, Zoho handles that conversation for us, and it can see which pages you visit while the chat is available. Calls may be recorded, and you are asked before a recorded call begins.
• Providers that send our emails, text messages and browser notifications, who receive your email address or phone number and the message.
• Providers that host our website and database.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and the information linked to it. We may need to keep some records, such as past orders, where the law requires it.
